Ebony Watts
BIOGRAPHY
Ebony Watts (She/Her/Hers) is a VP Operations Manager at Bank of America who manages the team responsible for delivering custom training plans and onboarding large corporate, commercial, small business, and private bank clients. She has a strong passion for helping others and serving the community. Ebony is known for her volunteerism, collaboration, influence, compassion, event management, and leadership. She developed and delivered professional development programs and served as a mentor through community partnership programs. Ebony is a member of several Employee Resource Group (ERG) committees, including the membership engagement and community outreach committee with LGBTQ+ Pride Carolinas and the Personal and Professional Development Committee with the Leadership, Education, Advocacy, and Development for Women ERG.
While Ebony is originally from Hampton, VA she has lived in the Carolinas for the past 19 years, spending time in Raleigh and Charlotte. Ebony loves fishing, spending time at the beach, and playing with her fur baby, Tyrone.
