“The members of our group aim to provide excellent and affirming healthcare to trans and gender-diverse individuals in the Charlotte metropolitan area. As a collective, Charlotte Trans Health implemented services for our first grant received as a 501(c)3 non-profit, which was funded by the United Way and FFTC Covid-19 Relief Grant to increase access to affirming care. This first round of our ‘Access to Care’ program funded brief psychotherapy and hormone therapy prescriptions for over 30 individuals in Mecklenburg County. “
