Jelisa Stubbs

BIOGRAPHY

Jelisa Stubbs is a Business Finance Officer at Bank of America, where she is responsible for the financial management of expenses (i.e., period end reporting, forecasting and analysis) and strategic financial partnership with the Client Protection team. She holds an Executive MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a bachelor’s in business administration from West Virginia University.

Jelisa has over 12 years of experience in the financial services industry, having previously served as a Senior Manager at EY servicing global and regional financial institutions. Her area of expertise is financial operational improvement, including process re-design, system implementation, finance and accounting strategy, cost management and large-scale program management. She has served as a key voice for diversity and inclusion in her leadership roles and personal life. At Bank of America, she serves as a member of the Executive Council for both the LGBTQ+ Pride and Black Professional Groups.
