Paul Stroup (He/Him) is a Managing Director at FTI Consulting, where he advises companies and their stakeholders on corporate finance and restructuring matters. A Charlotte native who spent a decade in New York, Paul returned to his hometown in 2021 and reconnected with the community he grew up in. He earned his degree in Economics from Davidson College, where he also participated in a live grant-making practicum that deepened his belief in the power of philanthropy to drive meaningful change.

Paul has a longstanding commitment to pro bono financial advisory work, providing strategic counsel to Charlotte-area nonprofits. A proud supporter of LGBTQ+ causes, he is a regular attendee and supporter of RAIN's celebrated Gay Bingo fundraiser and is honored to bring his financial expertise to The Plus Collective's mission. Paul lives in Charlotte with his husband, Nick.
